At Coolxlab, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy for any reason, please contact us and we'll do our best to resolve the issue.

1. Returns
 30-Day Return Window: Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase
 Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached
 How to Return: Follow the instructions on the After-Sales Card included in your package

2. Refunds
 Our Mistake (wrong/damaged item): Contact us for a full refund - no need to return the item
 Other Returns: Refund will be issued after we receive and inspect the returned item

3. Exchanges
• Currently, all exchanges are processed as a return plus a new order

4. Return Shipping
 Customer Responsibility: You cover return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error
 Our Error: We will cover the return shipping costs

5. After-Sales Support
• Contact information can be found on your package's After-Sales Card

6. Refund Processing Time
• Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive your return
• Please allow 3-10 additional days for your bank to process the refund
